Orders and Shipping

- Step 1: Browse the products and add product(s) you like to your shopping cart(select a color, size, and the quantity)
- Step 2: Review your cart, check the quantities, sizes, colors, prices and shipping methods. When you're ready to checkout, click CHECKOUT.
- Step 3: Complete shipping and billing information and select payment methods, then click ORDER.
- Step 4: Complete payment safely. If payment fail, please contact our customer service to obtain another payment methods.
Check your email, there will usually be a tracking number email. The package will be delivered in about 10-15 days. If there are customs inspections or weather factors, the package may be delayed. If the item is not delivered within 20 days, please contact customer service.
We have two shipping method for you to choice: Express Shipping($30) and Standard Shipping($15), want to know more info click here.
As long as the logistics website shows that the package has been delivered, we assume that the package has been delivered. We are not responsible if your package is stolen, please provide a secure shipping address.
If the items are seized by customs, we will re-ship the goods for free only if we have purchased customs insurance. In other cases, customers need to pay extra to get the second shipment.
We support 90% of countries except Africa and remote island countries.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of making your payment, please contact us for assistance. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Refund and Return
Please contact customer service to obtain the return address (you need to bear the shipping fee), want to know more info click here.

If size and product is wrong, we can reship. but you need return it.
we will send you address to return it and we will pay the ship fee.
We will not make any claims if the shoe box is damaged.
If there is a weight problem with the product, contact us via whatsapp and take pictures, after check we can refund or resend it.
Order cancellations require a cancellation fee as we need to pay the financial service provider.
Please contact the post office for address modification.
If we do not receive the return, we cannot refund or exchange the item.
